Refund policy

We want you and your pup to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on toys that have been used by your dog.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges If you'd like to exchange a product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll do our best to help.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Products We stand behind the durability of our toys. If your toy breaks or shows significant wear within 30 days of normal use, please contact us with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement free of charge.
